Just in case Jo decides to scold me for taking such a long time, I should spend a few minutes to update my blog (: //edit: I took almost one hour to type this entry.
Another day in school filled with many joyful events happening again. LOL. Or at least the events seemed joyful to be described as....erm, joyful.
Let's start with my desperate attempt to cut cost on transport. As those in A9G2 know, we begin our very first lesson of the day at 10am, right? But because I took the shuttle bus today, I reached school at 8.30am. Lol! So I just spent my time in the comp lab. Hahaha.
Jo and I planned to meet at 9.30am to photocopy the cover letters and resumes that we took from her sister's book. Guess what happened? When she found me at the comp lab and got herself seated comfortably down on the chair, the first thing she asked was "Why am I in school early today?" and then she told me that she forgot to bring her sister's book. LOL! Weakness: Short term memory!
Even though it was super duper boring to sit through CSAS 4 lesson and listening to the teacher going through with us the 2 different formats of a job application letter, I was quite surprised that time passed very fast today.
When she told us that we may have some time left to present our previous group work, I started to pray, hope and wish that she would not have enough time at the end of the lesson. True enough, she ended her lesson at 11.50, which gave us absolutely no time to present at all. :D
During our break, Jo, Wy and Qh shared a plate with 3 pancakes. One pancakefor each of them. Lol. I was at the other table, staring at them eating the oh-so-delicious golden looking pancake ): But hey, they asked whether I wanted a bite of the pancake, but I rejected their kind offer. LOL.
After lunch, we went to the library to meet our DDCT groups for discussion. Ameer was late by 5 minutes. His excuse was that he was waiting for Wei Yong but he gave up waiting and decided to come up first. Wei Yong was 11 minutes late. His excuse was that the food came late. LOLOL!
To those who watched Liar's Game, in certain episodes, the participants will form a group and then sign a contract right? That's what we did for our DDCT group. Hahahaha.
What Ameer and Wei Yong both do not know is that we added one more rule to the contract when we realised that they were late. Muahahahaha~ That rule is... "Those who are late, treat the group something from Cheers (:". You know what's the best part? They didn't even realised that there was an additional rule to the contract when I showed it to them. LOLOL! :D :D :D
After the discussion and all, Wei Yong, Jo and I went to borrow some books to get a better understanding of clinical trials. Ah, no wonder I felt that I became a diligent student overnight. :x Lolol, I'm not usually this hardworking, kay!
You know what Wei Yong said? He said that "Ok, I will tag along with you... BUT I will not carry the books!!!!". Sadly, there are no gentleman in this modern society.
Anyway, while we were taking the lift down to level 2, we started talking about Kuroshitsuji and D. Gray Man. The three of us were so engrossed in our conversation that we walked out of the library without checking the book out at the self check machine.
Then before we knew it, the alarm went off "PLEASE PROCEED TO THE COUNTER! PLEASE PROCEED TO THE COUNTER!". LOLOL! That was super embarassing for me, since I was the one who was carrying the books (=.=) See, what kind of gentleman is Wei Yong? LOL!
Oh yes, I gotta thank Jo for lending me her MBIO lecture notes today (: I totally forgot all about the 1h MBIO lecture.
After school, Jo, Qh and I went back to the school's library to borrow movies :D Jo, being the evil girl that she is, she gave me only 5 minutes to pick out a movie. Hmph, but I took her words seriously and chiong to find a good movie. Hehehe. In the end, I picked out Monster Inc. Lol :D
Took the bus to Tampines Library to pick up Jo's books and my recipe book :D I got a feeling that I will be baking some brownies soon. Hehehe. :D Time to try out another recipe from the Brownie Bliss book :D
