After doing my A Maths homework in school, I got a really bad headache all the way up till now. *Sigh*. I believe its tension headache.

Tension Headache
The most common type of headache is a tension headache. Some people experience headaches when they are hungry or dehydrated.

Tension headaches are due to contraction (tightness) of the muscles in your shoulders, neck, scalp, and jaw. They are often related to stress, depression, or anxiety.

Tension headaches tend to be on both sides of your head. They often start at the back of your head and spread forward. The pain may feel dull or squeezing, even like a tight band or vice around your head. The muscle tension often begins in your shoulders, neck, or jaw before spreading to your head. Therefore, these areas may feel tight and sore as well.


Lol. So it is probably tension headache. I do get headaches when I am hungry or stressed out. I went to the doctor a few years ago, he said that it is probably because I am stressed out. Lol. Sometimes, I get headaches when the weather is too warm. *Sigh*.....

We went for our deportment programme which is our social etiquette programme. Haha. I learnt quite a number of things which I did not paid attention too in the past. Lol. (: Jess and I got the numbers for a place to do waxing. Lol! Shuang heard from Berlin teacher that it was really painful. *Ouch*

There was a rehearsal after school for graduation day. Lol. By that time, my headache was really really bad. I felt like fainting. I was sitting with Wei Jun throughout the entire rehearsal because we were receiving the Appreciation Award, which both of us think is related to our CCA as we hold some high position in our CCA.

I have to thank Wei Jun for the mentos which she gave me during the rehearsal. Hahaha. I think if it weren't for that mentos, I wouldn't have felt slightly better half-way through the rehearsal. Haha. Thanks Wei Jun! (: (: (:

Anyway, there are a lot of bad things happening nowadays, but let's not talk about it.
